Thank you for shopping with Phoenix Trendsetters!

All items are pre-owned and carefully inspected before being listed. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, detailed measurements, and clear photos for every item.

Because most of our inventory consists of one-of-a-kind, pre-owned clothing, all sales are considered final. However, we will gladly review any issues if an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.

To request a return or report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gatoradebull23@icloud.com. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the problem.

We do not accept returns for items that don’t fit, or for buyer’s remorse, so please double-check measurements before purchasing.

If a return is approved, items must be returned in the same condition received, with any original tags still attached (if applicable). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Phoenix Trendsetters reserves the right to deny a refund if an item is returned used, worn, or altered after delivery.
